I am using datastax enterprise which provides search through solr. I am trying to inspect the index with luke but getting following error.

Invalid directory at the location, check console for more information. Last exception:
java
.lang.IllegalArgumentException: An SPI class of type org.apache.lucene.codecs.Codec with name 'dse460' does not exist.  You need to add the corresponding JAR file supporting this SPI to your classpath.  The current classpath supports the following names: [Lucene40, Lucene3x, Lucene41, Lucene42, Lucene45, Lucene46, Lucene49, Lucene410, SimpleText, Appending]

does anyone know how to make luke work with datastax ?

It looks like it's using a custom codec. If one can extrapolate from this post, you will need to add the relevant datastax jar to Luke's dependencies then repackage the Luke jar with a reference to the dse460 package. I'm afraid I can't get be more specific than that though.
