[ANNOUNCE] Luke 8.0.0 released

Luke 8.0.0 is out.

In this release,

- Lucene version was upgraded to 8.0.0.

- Added a checkbox to the Search tab to return exact total hit count.

- Supported 'Create new index' feature (optionally, one can adds sample documents.)
