Luke configuration with Solr

Hi 

 I want to connect luke with Apache solr  which resides in aws server.so i want to connect luke from local machine to remote Server .Please guide me .

Hi,

You can do port-forwarding using X server. For windows, there is Xming (http://www.straightrunning.com/XmingNotes/) for linux it is all native with: ssh -x user@targetserver.

So you launch luke from the target server and port-forward luke's UI onto your client machine.
