Documentation: luigi.contrib.azureblob

Hi,

I'm interested in contributing to the Luigi's documentation related to Azure Blob Storage services.

I've been working on pipelines that extensively use the AzureBlobTarget class.

Would it be possible through a traditional PR (i.e. creation of a doc/luigi.contrib.azureblob.rst file)?
