S3Target with custom endpoint url

Hi, all.

Is there any way to specify a custom endpoint url (boto3 docs) to S3Client so it can be used with luigi.contrib.s3.S3Target?

If you add some extra keyword arguments to the S3Client constructor, it seems they will be passed on to boto3.resource(), which accepts the argument endpoint_url.
