Here are my doubts about ubuntu 13.04. Hope all to be resolved.
Ubuntu 13.04 can't connect to WPA2 Enterprise. And mention that I don't hv CA certificate (What is that?). I m attaching the screenshot of that. Every filled fields are completely right. Rajendra Bhawan WiFi uses this specifications.
Is there any folder like "Program Files" in Ubuntu? Where we can see all Prgrammes installed on Ubuntu.
I can't open Google Chrome like "firefox facebook.com" which u showed in presentation. It works for libreoffice, firefox etc. not on google chrome
Is there any application like "Task Manager" where I can see all application currently running? Or any command line?
How to check the size of a folder or file?
And the last and most important Question: My computer heats up just only in 10 to 15 minute of Start up on Ubuntu. Even Battery life is reduced from 4 hrs to 1 hrs. Is it normal? And the temprature is 70 C. I checked it with _tlp-stat_. Is there any software like HP cool sense?
Actually these all are my doubts after 4 hrs of Use. Thank you for ur response.

I found this link regarding using wpa 2. You can leave your CA certificate blank. Basically it is another method to authenticate clients in the WPA protocol, but our insti doesn't use that.
Hmm.. Nice question. You can see all your installed applications in the Ubuntu Software Center (click on "installed"). There is no as such "direct equivalent" for Program Files folder. For instance google-chrome installs itself in /opt/, along with some games. All your binaries are inside /usr/bin/ or /bin/, which you might find interesting. Along with /usr/share. See this question for more details.
You can use the command "google-chrome" to do that.
Right click, click on properties inside the file browser.
This is a common issue due to graphic cards. I have an intel card, and as such don't face it. Start with installing your graphic card driver. People with better experience with this can guide you on this (/cc sm)
Nice to see you using ubuntu. The road gets tough at some times, but its worth it!
