I hv installed ubuntu 12.04 from channel I and run wubi.exe. I saved Ubuntu file in my E: Drive and System drie is as usual C:. If I install ubuntu, is there any chance of losing my E: Drive data?? Or Why is exactly Partition is needed??

Since all program files are in C: drive, Will I needed to install that all again?

Hi,
My suggestion would be not to use Wubi to install Ubuntu. Create a separate partition and install Ubuntu separately. That's what we meant when we asked you to create a separate partition. And it should not affect your other drives. But take a backup of important files just to be on the safe side.
