Website Inauguration / Launching Page

I need attractive web page for inauguration / launching of a website
preferably written in html5, javascript, jquery and even flash (though
highly not recommended).

It may be like an e-birthday greeting card, i.e. on clicking, some
animation occur for example, the ribbon cutting, curton effect and /
or fireworks i.e. some celebration. Even an image will be acceptable.

If possible, please help.
