foss in ECB

Hello folks, 

                 i am delighted to tell  all the lugbians that we are willing to organize Foss event here so that we can keep your legacy   and continue with lugb.          

        plz guide and motivate us for such event. we want you to give your precious advice on our docs. if everything is okay then we can do such event in mid of nov.
