Hello All ,

Lets get started with the Python Series ASAP. Let's do it different and keep it interesting. Jay has made a good base, we'll try building top down on this one , lesse else we can adapt as it comes .

The intention is to keep out all the fuzz and build some creative thing in the very first lecture.

There are many exciting events linked to this that re scheduled to happen this semester like the GDG Google Appengine hackathon and conf, OpenStack conf etc

Plus it always helps to know this nifty and useful language :P

Any comments suggestions etc are welcome as always.

Anyone enthu to help and collaborate please add in on this list (P.S mirrored to LUG, IEEE mailers)

P.S Smarth Behl forward it to the concerned people on the GDG Mailers.

We need to figure out the right venue . I propose Lt1 or perhaps the larger classrooms in the C wing

P.S RPJ Sir we may need auth to avail some of these rooms , ill come over to wind up formalities.

Suggestion: make sure you highlight differences between Python 2.x and 3.x through the course. Both are in use and the internet can be confusing for a beginner.
