USB MIDI memory optimization

Hi,

I'm using the library for a MIDI device which only needs MIDI input for a bootloader. I'm short on memory in the atmega32u4, my code size is 3964 bytes out of the maximum 4K bootloader space.

I've tried removing the MIDI output jack endpoint in the descriptor to try and save space but it only removes 32 bytes. I wondered if there's a simple way to configure the build to optimise the library memory usage, perhaps by removing anything I don't need?
