ax25-utils?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get AX.25 going on my linux laptop.
Instead of a TNC I hope to use its ESS Allegro 1 soundcard - though I'm not
completely positive it's Soundblaster compatible, but figure it's worth a
try... Anyway, I've compiled the 2.4.20 kernel with ax.25 soundmodem support
and it boots without complaint (although poweroff no longer really powers
it off!). Finally, my question:

I'm following the AX25-HOWTO and notice it says that the ax25-utils must
be found at sourceforge. But they don't seem to be there with the other
ax25 packages. Can anyone point me to it, or else point me to any more
up to date directions if necessary?
