This PR may as well be closed: the original authur states that the
provided code isn't ideal and that the command should be rewritten in
C, and two other PRs also eist, both including versions in C:
- standards/53682 - Adds a new fuser command
- standards/100017 - Intergrates fuser ability into fstat
Given the above, I see no reason for this PR to remain open.
