phpmyadmin

1st of all i just want to install phpmyadmin through ports and suddenly got
this error :
Configuring for libltdl-1.5.24

created file is older than distributed files!
Check your system clock

/var/db/pkg`).

Stop in /usr/ports/devel/libltdl15.
*** Error code 1
Stop in /usr/ports/security/php5-mcrypt.
*** Error code 1
Stop in /usr/ports/databases/phpmyadmin.
*** Error code 1
Stop in /usr/ports/databases/phpmyadmin.
I'm using freebsd 7.0-release
