·         Application development is a critical requirement

·         5+ Years’ experience building custom applications with Java/J2EE programming

·         Integration of 3rd party applications

·         Web services: SOAP and Restful.

·         Data/object mapping, import/export, and XML processing;

·         Dependency injection, unit testing, design patterns

·         Experience with Hibernate,  Spring, and either Oracle or SQL Server database development preferred

·         Team leadership and coaching skills; strong interpersonal communication skills.

Education: BA/MS in Computer Science
