Job Description:

• Looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Data Analyst
• Looking for an individual with a passion for data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills. As the PeopleSoft Technical Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, and resolving complex data-related problems.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PeopleSoft HR, with a proven track record of successful data analysis projects.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft HR data and tables, review, and analysis of large data extracts in Excel, identify issues and find data resolution approaches.
• Analyze PeopleSoft HR data to identify problems and create solutions.
• Develop and document data analysis processes and procedures.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate data analysis results.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data models.
