Job Title - Workday Training Lead
Location – Chicago, IL
Hybrid role and candidate should go to office 2 times in week and office is in Chicago
Job Description:
Should have very good experience and knowledge of workday modules and added advantage to have knowledge on UKG.
Should have experience in training users on workday modules across all levels. Strong training experience is mandatory.
Create a variety of engaging training content such as presentations, user guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
Design and develop a comprehensive training program for Workday modules.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, to educate end-users on Workday functionality, features, and best practices.
Provide hands-on training and guidance on data entry, report generation, and system navigation.
Ownership of our ''What's new in Workday'' comms, communicating all system changes to stakeholders, ensuring they are easy to digest.
Run regular calls with global HR teams (NA, EMEA and APAC) to review tickets received through the service desk and provide training where knowledge gaps have been identified.
Collate feedback from stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system and process improvements.
Collaborate with team leadership to evolve an existing training framework and lead the implementation of a comprehensive training strategy for the Workday deployment.
The refreshed training strategy should cater to different learning needs, formats and scenarios across the Workday implementation lifecycle and transition to business as usual (BAU)
Conduct training delivery and create supporting materials (for example, how-to-guides) where required.
Own and manage the training team’s delivery of core activities and plans integrated to the change management plan that rolls up to program plan.
Training needs assessment, planning, content creation, validation to meet requirements, delivery, tracking and continuous improvement.
Provide thought leadership on training and learning best practice and industry trends.
