Android app with offline functionality?

Is or will there be an Android app? Will it work offline?

I'd like to know before I go through the whole rigamarole of setting this up. I don't necessarily want a whole AI server, I would be just fine with Alexa or Google Assistant except for the fact that they don't work offline.

Currently Lucida is a server application.

As you can see at the first paper, specially at the "End-to-end Diagram of the Sirius Pipeline", Lucida runs it's main services in a server infrastructure.

There's no indication from the developer team, that it will run offline in mobile applications.
