Split Up the Mapping Wiki

All,

Just a quick heads up about a change I just made to the wiki. I broke
apart the mapping wiki page into a single page for each layer. It was
getting too big and editing was getting slow and tedious. This also
helps reduce the chances of race conditions when editing (which has
already happened) by isolating each section to it's own page.
