Hibernate logging - where to set level?

I'm trying to run an ORM-based app (built originally on ACF) on Lucee 4.5 and finding the exception info ("invalid mapping" -- which one?) not entirely helpful.

In ACF I know I can edit log4j.properties to crank up the logging generated by Hibernate, giving me reams more info than I could possibly want. I've done some searching and can't seem to identify the Lucee equivalent. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
