I would like to call the new release of luban for python 3 "version
1.0", since it looks like much more stable to me, and is significantly
different from the 0.2 versions -- it has a re-engineered, much better
core; it only supports python 3; it starts to have some nice
scaffolding tools; it supports browser backward/forward buttons; and
it supports statistical analysis sites such as statcounter and google
analytics. Please let me know if that sounds a bad idea.
It looks like this release is much better than its previous form (when
the email regarding "luban 0.4" was sent out). This 1.0 release is
well-tested, in part, by the launch of the web site of "Imagin'Labs":
http://imaginlabs.com, which, although still not fully-functional, is
in a good form.
The automatic build and test system was changed from buildbot to
jenkins. And in the future, the build/test result emails won't be sent
to this mailing list anymore.
Thanks much for the help, especially to Alta and Chris for your help
on documentations, and thanks to Michael for fruitful discussions.
Please take a look at http://lubanui.org and your feedback is much
appreciated. Luban now uses lanuchpad to track development. If you
find anything problematic, or you have any suggestions/comments, you
could post your feedback there: https://launchpad.net/luban, or just
reply to this email. Thanks! :)
Regards,
Jiao
