Suggestion for LuaDist packages, QtLua 2.0

Hi, all,

LuaDist currently includes QtLua v. 1.4, which according to its
documentation was never tested with Lua 5.2. QtLua v. 2.0 was released
last spring and according to the project's home page, it has been
tested with Lua 5.0, 5.1, and 5.2.[1] So pulling in v. 2.0 should
give us both 5.1 and 5.2 support.

I noticed in the sources download that it includes a CMakeLists.txt file.
