[ANN] Itness codec (2026-05-26)

Hello list,

"Itness" is a strings tree format. I designed it in 2024 and provided
codec to Lua tables.

In recent weeks I revisited this project and rewrote/restyled
implementation.

It's minimalistic data format and aim here is for clean implementation.
