Hi, list!

Based on what is contributed so far (thank you, all!), I started
writing a final list of articles:

It is not fully finished, and I plan to continue to find homeless
topics a home tomorrow.

We're not out of brainstorming phase yet, but the content of the book
is starting to become better defined.

Please comment and contribute. If I missed something from the
brainstorming page, please say so — this is, most likely, not
intentional.
