Adobe announced that they will request special licencing for
"[...]usage of both domain memory and Stage3D GPU hardware
acceleration in combination. Domain memory allows cross-compiled C/C++
to run in Flash Player[...]". Will lua-alchemy project also be
affected by this?

Yes, it, unfortunately, would. Lua Alchemy currently does not work
with SWF format versions above 12.

I plan to add support "Adobe Alchemy 2" API (if Adobe terms would
allow me that — it looks like they would, as soon as Alchemy 2 would
be released), but to use it you would have to pay Adobe money
(including, AFAIR, 9% of revenue share of anything you earn with your
app, above 50K USD).

As said in premium features article at Adobe web site, you don't need
to request a license
if you use only domain memory feature:
"NO licensing required when using domain memory without Stage 3D GPU"
AFAIK, Lua Alchemy doesn't use Molehill 3D API, does it?
