lua-alchemy contributors:
first of all, I apologize for my poor English, I hope you can undstand what i write.
we use lua-alchemy for my development, we found you all do the excellent work! But we found lua-alchemy has some incompatible with our exist lua script, like we use ":" to visit the class method, but lua-alchemy sugar only can use "." to do that. we use these lua script for our C++-lua project, so we only can change lua-alchemy for compatible.
But we have some problem with setup development environment, we stuck on it, so we consider if you can provide our the VMWare Appliance image, we can move on.
      thank you for your help...
                         best wishes for you!!!

You always can wrap the lua-alchemy sugar code in another abstraction layer.

Unfortunately, right now I do not have enough free time to create a
VMWare appliance. :-(

Maybe someone can contribute one?

Here is an issue: https://code.google.com/p/lua-alchemy/issues/detail?id=117
