1 LEGAL ASSISTANT, TRADEMARK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, LUXEMBOURG -
CRG-843 (F/M)
Assists the Trademark and IP Counsel:
(a) trademark applications, oppositions, searches
(b) drafting agreements
(c) assists the Trademark and IP Counsel for handling the legal aspects
of internet and intranet websites, etc.
Connaissances nécessaires :
Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken (any other language
is an asset). Knowledge of MS-Office. Strong interpersonal,
communication and decision making skills. Desire to work in a team and
also able to work effectively under pressure.
Niveau d'études :
University Law degree / Diplôme universitaire en droit.
In-depth knowledge of national, international and community trademark
registration proceedings.
Expérience :
At least 2-3 years of experience in international trademark and IP law.
Preferably significant experience at a large consumer brand company.
