New Society email list

Hi all,

 

To mark the establishment of the new La Trobe Archaeology Society (LAS, which is replacing LTU ASS), I will be setting up a new email system over the weekend. It has a number of advantages from an administrative perspective that the current Google group does not have.

 

For those who have paid their 2011 membership to the LAS, you will automatically be added to the email list. Everyone else will be deleted from this group and the group itself will be deleted or closed (I assume that's even possible with Google groups... never had to do it before). An archive of each email sent to the current Google group has been kept by the new Society and *may* end up published to the website (http://las.huntergeophysics.com) if I get around to it.

 

So if you haven't yet paid up for the LAS but plan to, please email me directly (david.hunter [at] huntergeophysics.com) and I will give you further details on how to sign up.
