Skelia invites SCALA Tech Lead/Architect for long-term full-time
employment at its service center in Kiev, Ukraine. You will have the
opportunity and challenge to be a part of the extension team of
Luxembourg leading Media Company.


YOUR PROFILE

- Higher education in computer science/technical field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Development,
knowledge of the complete life cycle of an enterprise system
application
- Good practical of Scrum with distributed teams is required
- Knowledge of SCALA
- Strong capacity to learn new business and systems
- High level of oral and written English
- Team player with very good communication skills; proven capacity to
manage a team of 3-5 people
- Creativity, flexibility and strong analytical skills
- Experience with Java, PLAY, NoSQL, MongoDB or Lift is a plus
- Ready to travel to Luxembourg, for limited time business trips


YOUR MISSION

You are responsible for starting up a team extension for a long
established Luxembourg Media Company

- In direct contact with the team in Luxembourg you will be in charge
of the architecture of the New Media Web
- You will be taking an active and a major role in the evolution of
the new media system implementation having mobile devices as upcoming
target
- You will be involved into solutions development, define guidelines
and will have technical reference on the architecture
- You will be able to train and support newcomers on SCALA
