The Capacitor model parameters(Cjo, Vj, m) are now added. Besides
VDMOS modeling, it can work as a stand alone Capacitor and Diode model
generator. Program provides a five-point curve for user to move around
and match the data sheet. Click the 'CURVE FIT' button will generate
model parameters in the status window. The Cgdmin, Cgdmax and Cgs must
be set to 0 to have the correct CV curve. The parameters can be edited
and plotted with the 'PLOT' button. If you don't see the C-V curve,
click the 'NEW MODEL' and then the 'CURVE FIT' button.
Since I'll be away for a week, I'd like to release it to get some
feedback and I'll fix the bugs later.
