. Experience in running test cases against 3GPP specifications

. Should have experience in LTE Testing.

. Expertise in OFDM and MIMO technologies

. Expertise in RRC and MAC Procedures

. Good understanding of S1AP and X2AP Protocols

. Good understanding of LTE SON features



LTE/WiMAX PHY Layer: (4-10Yrs)



* Experience with wireless Layer 1 PHY algorithms such as modulation
and coding (convolutional, turbo, Reed-Muller etc.), signal detection and
channel estimation
* Experience with various receiver algorithms such as linear MMSE,
maximum likelihood (ML), serial and parallel interference cancellation
* Experience with building a complete OFDMA PHY (link and system
level) via extensive simulations using Matlab, C and C++
* Experience with fixed and floating point DSP processors. Prior
knowledge in TI-based processors and tools (such as Code Composer Studio) is
a big plus.
* Experience with multi-antenna transmission techniques for both
single and multiple-user MIMO





L3Layer Development: (3-10Yrs)

-Good coding skills, C/C++(Should have very good programming skill)

- Should have experience in LTE domain and Telecom.

- Finite state machine design and development knowledge.

- Protocol development like NAS Layer, RRC Layer,Layer3



L2Layer Development: (3-10Yrs)
