## JOB TITLE: ATE Software Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated ATE Software Engineer. The role will be primarily focused on the communications sector working on LTE radio communications equipment. This role is to extend and support company products focussing on the LTE communication equipment. The successful candidate will be work closely with software + QA + radio engineers to adapt products/systems to meet new requirements Ability to work within a start-up company environment is very important. Innovation, teamwork, quality and productivity are essential to the success of our business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Automated Test Systems Design and Development using RF Instrumentation, LabVIEW and TestStand
• Expertise in developing ATE applications for Embedded Microcontrollers, FPGA, DSP & RF Measurements.
• Expertise Requirements collecting, test strategy preparation, test designs documentation and validation.
• Expertise in designing of Switch Matrix, Building ATE Hardware Test Systems and Test Fixtures.
• Subassembly and System level Functional Tester development for DVT & Production
• Expertise in Engineering GUI Development for product bring up and Customer GUI Development.
• Good hands on Instrument Control Standards: GPIB, Serial, USB, SCXI, PXI, LXI and PCI.
• Good hands on device Protocols: I2C, SPI, Ethernet, AISG, CPRI, RS232, and RS485
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)
• Hands-on experience on RF-Measurement Instruments like Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, switch matrices, Power Meter, Noise-figure Meter.
• Should have good understanding of Basestation products like Remote Radio Head and base band processing module.
• Should have good knowledge on 3gpp 36.141 compliance testing.
• Experience in working with cross functional teams is a must.
• Having skills on Linux, Apache, Mysql, Perl and Java are an added advantage
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 6 year experience in ATE development.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Should have Engineering/Master degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Instrumentation.
• LabVIEW Certification is an added advantage.
## JOB TITLE: Laboratory Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated laboratory Technician. The role will be primarily focused on the communications sector working on LTE radio communications equipment. Ability to work within a start-up company environment is very important. Innovation, teamwork, quality and productivity are essential to the success of our business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Rework hardware from schematic diagrams, change notes and other authorised documents.
• Participate with the creation of engineering change request document.
• Perform routine maintenance of test equipment, material and laboratory area.
• Working knowledge of a components database management system is required.
• Maintain stock management – Lab consumables and rework component.
• Travel to external testing facilities when required to perform necessary testing.
• Provide support to engineers when required.
• Build and assemble units to a given specification.
• Experience of RF board assembly and rework to a high standard.
• The ability to rework PCBA with 0402 components.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible working attitude and ability to work independently and take the initiative
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 6 years' experience in R&D laboratory environment.
Experience of RF board assembly and rework to a high standard.
The ability to rework PCBA with 0402 components.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Industrial Training Institute (ITI)/Diploma Certification in electronics and communication Engineering.
