LTAF encourages cosplay organizers to schedule a cosplay gathering
between the hours of 10AM and 4PM each day at the Clock Tower Stage on
the 2nd Floor of Little Tokyo Shopping Center. This is a great
opportunity to dress up as your favorite character and get your photos
taken by Festival attendees, in addition to your fellow anime and
