lsyncd and sync deleted files from slave

Hello everyone, i actually use lsyncd beetween two servers (master-slave). In the slave i run and shell script with inotifywait to detect any deletion in sync folder.

A human error can occur when deleting a file and the file will not sync again.

I want to know if is convenient to use this combination of lsyncd and inotify or can I configure something with better performance.
