One of our MeltFund partners has been working on the inside for this
fella recently selling 'diamonds' to 'investors'.

Mr Creaven's client 'Investors' ignore that money cannot grow on
trees, but go ahead nonetheless. In the certain knowledge that what
they might gain in the gamble, must come out of the pockets of the
hard working skilful and enterprising... somewhere else in the
economy.
Out of sight, out of mind. "Nothing to do with me." So its quite a
surprise when they complain to the regulator when they lose which is
quite often. Even more so when the regulator dips into the tax payers
pocket without asking to bail out these so called 'investors'.
The most staggering surprise of all is there is no scam, no fraud, in
any of Mr Creaven's 'work'. Nothing illegal took place. All pyramids
and Ponzi schemes are legal. WE hear you, this is extremely hard to
believe. So show us its not true and we will concede. Quid pro quo,
will you do the same for us?
For a very good reason the people in general want to keep these
schemes legal but to have those who do most well out of them punished.
Why do you think that is? It has to be more than mere jealousy. Could
it be because The People in general want to retain the opportunity for
themselves? Could a lie be told so many times The People start to
believe it?
Carbon credits and land banking are similar pyramids to diamonds and a
whole raft of others all the way to the top. But mortgages are the
biggest of all, far outstripping any teeny weeny financial speculation
of a monopoly market for something.
Here's the shocker that keeps the spineless elected: Every single
household, the electorate and abstainer, left and right, is
'investing' in that unsustainable gamble called The Mortgage. The poor
tenant merely aspiring to it one day. The soon to be poor repossessed
one day to take part once again.
What's funny is that there is no fraud in any of it. Its all perfectly
legal. Taxation has grown into such a monstrously corrupt system,
backed by the people through democratic due process, it has enormous,
easily exploited and untraceable gaping holes everywhere. Regulators
are there to punish those who find the biggest ones. Surely they
should reward them?
Mr. Creaven exploited the system with great skill and good luck to
him. In the end he caved in under threat and pressure from authority,
in the name of the people supporting the corrupt system, just like Mr.
Beranrd L. Madoff and Charles Ponzi. Mr Creaven in the dock cried as
he said "But I've not done anything wrong" and he was right. The fines
and prison sentences a plea bargain under extreme pressure. Remember
Madoff's son committed suicide during the investigation. Was that
shame or unjust pressure of authority?
Thats not to say I admire Mr. Creaven, except for his balls facing up
to a corrupt system and the authority in 'control' of it. Our inside
track rarely gets paid a quarter of what hes promised each time the
boiler room is set up and soon after shut down by regulators, again
when there is no fraud. The only fraudster involved is the regulator
for protecting a corrupt system from radical and evolutionary change.
Taxation is protectionism of corruption. It protects a corrupt yet
legal system. And its operation and effects vary little across the
globalised world.
Notice how no one, especially the pundits and professors, not to
mention the people in general, ever call for the corrupt system of
taxation to be scrutinised. We only complain it is us who is currently
being fleeced by it. When our gamble occasionally plays out for us we
suddenly go very quiet and see to it that spineless politicians get
elected to uphold it. And bugger all the rest, even our children.
As per usual MeltFund doesn't give a monkeys if all of this is morally
or practically right or wrong. We are just pointing out the simple
facts for you to either deny or affirm by free choice.
If you are a bold and confident investor you are the kind who affirms
these kind of simple realities even if difficult. Because you know
more than anything else that by making that commitment, you will find
life, and then wealth.
