Retirement Announcement – William “Bill” Draucker**

Hello All,

After more than 16 years of service with the Maryland Department of Labor, we announce the retirement of William “Bill” Draucker, effective Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Over the years, Bill supported the department in many ways and contributed to the mission of our agency. Outside of work, Bill has long enjoyed gardening and was often generous in sharing the fruits of his labor by bringing produce into the office for others to enjoy.  He also values spending time with his family and grandchildren.  

We thank Bill for his years of service and invite everyone to stop by the office tomorrow or Tuesday to wish him well before he begins his next venture.
