Greetings,
In recognition of Second Chance Month, the Maryland Department of Labor’s Lower Shore Reentry Navigator is hosting a series of Pop‑Up Hiring and Resource Events across the Lower Shore.
The finale event, “Pathways to Reentry Simulation: Understanding the Second Chance Journey,” will be co‑hosted by Leliya Lindsay, P.R.O.T.E.C.T. Coordinator for Wicomico County, Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy, on April 29, 2026, at the American Job Center in Salisbury.
These events connect justice‑impacted individuals with employers, training programs, and community organizations that support successful reentry. The attached flyer includes full details, dates, and locations.
We welcome your participation whether by sharing this information, attending an event, or getting involved as a partner. Together, we can strengthen our workforce and expand opportunities for second chances.
