Fabletics: Merchandising Intern - El Segundo, California

This internship is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in Design, Merchandising, and Fashion! In this role, you will gain experience executing the day-to-day tasks necessary to assist the Merchandising team. You will also be responsible for weekly reporting updates, assortment tool updates & coordination. Develop a broad, general understanding of all merchandising functions, responsibilities, and cross-functional interdependencies in order to provide merchandising support across multiple divisions/categories.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily/weekly/seasonal merchandising functions including:
- Linesheet setup and upkeep
- Updating data for selling recaps
- Prepare necessary materials for milestone meetings
- Help with ownership of creation and upkeep of all excel based and google documents – including buy plan, cadence sheets, corporate line sheets, etc
- Multitask between multiple teams and documents
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work and take good decisions even under pressure and subsequently proceed to meet the deadlines
- Excellent networking ability with good follow up skills
- Should be comfortable working with numbers as he will need to maintain various kinds of records and documentation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, ability to work well with cross functional partners.
- Highly organized, able to shift priorities with a sense of urgency, have excellent attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Excel and have advanced knowledge of Powerpoint, Google Docs
