Hi, there,
The rate for mortgage or refinancing is low now and I am thinking of refinancing my house. I'd appreciate if you can give me a lead to find a low closing cost refinancing bank or agent. I am flexible in terms of traditional 30 year or 15 year or 5/1 ARM or 7/1 ARM, as long as the closing cost is low enough (better to be below $2000 at least).
