We have discussed this in the past definitely, that's why IMC::PlanTransition actually
supports both the conditions and the actions.
Although I am not completely positive about this I guess we never went ahead with this
in the past because probably there was no manpower available, and, this would require
a considerable amount of time to have this generic and abstract enough so that all
maneuvers could use it. I may be wrong, though :D
Now, there is no manpower to do it, nor we have an actual need for this feature, so it has
fallen behind in the to-do-lists.
