Hi,

We had a discussion on this yesterday with screen and let me share the updates below.

• There's no bonus seat allocation.
• Seat count is fixed to 29 nationally.
• Calculation is done nationally and same as in PE-R2 for now unless any changes are requested later.
  
• There are no existing tally sheets or calculation sheets available to refer and new templates/ forms are welcome.

We haven't received any requirements about the national list for parliament election 2020. And nothing related to the national list is available on the system either. Could you please help us get a confirmation on whether this is something required to be on the system. If so, we need to get the requirements soon for us to work on it within the short period of time left for us to work.

Hi Bandula and Sanjeewa,

Could you please get the following questions answered for me.

1) Is there a minimum vote count requirement for the national list?

2) Is the calculation based on "votes" or "valid votes"?

And following changes have been made to the config data with the national list requirements. Please incorporate them. 

1) Adding "Candidate Type" column to "parties-and-candidates" csv. It should be "Normal" and "National List" for normal candidates and national list candidates respectively
2) "Electoral District" column should be empty for national list candidates
