Election Management System + Provincial Council Election work

Hi Everyone, 

A quick update:

Umayanga, Dinuka and I met with a senior member of the Provincial Council elections/ Local Govt Elections branch at Election Commission yesterday to start requirement gathering work for the Provincial Council election. LSF collected basic source documents. The team will meet with the EC over the course of the next two weeks to capture requirements more fully. 

LSF will now work on consolidating the work done so far towards building an integrated "election management system" instead of focusing on individual modules. 

LSF and EC are also putting together a skilling up program for the EC engineers.
