Changes to Dashboards - Incidents Management System

Hi Clement, 

Please list down all the dashboard changes that are being requested by the EC 

It is best to prioritize them please. 

@Jass Jayasinghe @Hirantha Rathnayake please kindly help Clement prioritize which changes need to be done please as today is August 2 and we have little time. Dashboards also need to be tested.

How much needs to be done? Can someone from the team please write down what needs to be done in bullet points? Let's prioritize some tasks over others as it is unfair to ask Clement to make major changes 2 days before the election.

Hi all,

As discussed with Sanjeewa Jayasinghe and Hirantha, there will not be new changes for current dashboards, as they working perfectly. It is suggested to use them as required in different tabs of the browser.

Meanwhile as per a combination with some of data representational panels on the current dashboards, will have a new dashboard created having those selected panels configured again to use with only date filter.

Following data representations will impact by date filter:

• Total - number representation
• In-Progress - number representation
• Closed - number representation
• By severity - pie representation
• Violence vs Violation of law - pie representation
• District wise - bar chart representation
• District wise - geographical representation

Following data representations will NOT impact by date filter:

• Separate row with Total, In-progress, Closed - all in number representation
