Hi all,
Here I commence the handover of Nominations to EC. The nomination is used to add information to candidates of parties for an election.

The next step: @Asanka Perera needs to create user credentials for people entering manual submissions.
For this election, Election commission will do manual nomination submission on behalf of parties
