[ECLK/results-tabulation] Number of candidates and seats allocated for parliament election

Hi,

I have few questions on seats allocation and number of candidates. Appreciate the earliest response on this.

1. For a particular district, should the number of candidates competing per party be equals to the number of seats allocated per district?
2. Are the national list candidates per party defined before the election? If so, is that also a fixed number of candidates and should it be equals to the gazetted number of seats allocated for the national list per district?
3. Is there any logic difference in seat calculation for national list candidates with party candidate seat calculation logic.
