Dear Issuing/ Receiving Team, 

Just a quick update on the progress here. 

Arul, from the EC has clarified the requirement w/ Mr. Sreen and Mr. Bandara from the EC. 

He is currently writing user stories that we can add to Github issues. This will most likely be complete by this week. 

Let's schedule a meeting next week to discuss the updated process, assign tasks and go over delivery timelines. 

We will be in touch w/ more information on dates/times.

Hi Team, 

Arul has completed the user stories. 

The next steps are:

1) Deciding what technologies we are going to use - can we do this on the mailing list. 

2) Scheduling a discussion meeting - can we do this on Thursday 20th February, 2020 at 5pm at the Election Commission?

3) Assigning issues - on Thursday 20th Feb.

Nice - this is a good start and should be enough to start a conversation with the team tomorrow.

As discussed, please also see if you can set it up in the "given-when-then" format so that it will bring better clarity and can be used for testing purposes as well.

• Owner - assignment in Github, once we transfer the issue 
• Deadline 
• Next steps

Today I did requirements analysis part with the relevant department, according to that I prepared the phase-wise report,  2 phases completed. the balance I will update on Friday because next 2 days I am not available because of Ratnapura office  visit

Were you able to get the filled in forms? I think the team is waiting for them to begin work properly.

Actually filled form, not available, it maintains by the district office. I meet Parliament CC and filled sample form with his help.
