Hi Bandula, Sanjeewa and Ranjan,

For testing we need to get prepared following at least for two districts.

• CSV config data (template)
• All the filled data entry and summary tally sheets.
• Non postal
• PE-27
• PE-4
• PE-39
• PE-22
• CE-RO-V1
• PE-R1
• CE-RO-PR-1
• Postal
• PE-27-PV
• PE-4-PV
• PE-39-PV
• PE-22-PV
• CE-RO-V1-PV
• PE-R1-PV

Could you provide me an ETA on when these can be done. So, I could plan testing accordingly.

EC people are hardly working on this requirements. But as you all well aware those information do not at head office, and very deficit to get from district office. 

Because of that they requested us to use dummy data as much as possible.

Yes, actually what we need is dummy data. Can we get aruna and malaka to prepare the dummy data and get it verified by an ec officer.

My plan is to have few (2) volunteers to test this. So, I can build an election from the config data and ask them to enter the data and verify the numbers of reports.

Hi,

As some of you know, there was an issue in the way the postal vote counting centres had been mapped in the system and config data. Now, it's clear that only the postal vote registry is mapped to polling stations and no postal vote counting centres are mapped to polling stations. Accordingly we have done necessary changes on the system. Following are the changes that have happened on the config data [1].

• Removed the postal vote counting centre column from polling stations csv.
• A new csv has been added for postal vote counting centres.

Now these fixes are available in the staging environment. But, the existing elections cannot be changed. Instead we could create new elections. Please send us an email with the modified config data requesting an election to be created.
