Hi Sreen/ Ranjan/ Kalpai/ Sanjeewa/ Bandula,

From news today, I just heard about two requirements for seat calculations. One is the cut off and the other one is the 5%. I hadn't heard of two things so far. I knew only about the 5%. Is this still two? If so, could you provide me more details on how it happens.

I have already done so. Until the last meeting we had, I hadn't heard of two criterias. But, as I have mentioned in the email, this is what I heard on the TV where the election commissioner mentioned about these two things. I just need to clarify this.
