Hi Dear Support,

I am simulating an ellipse (structure) with a fluid core in LS-DYNA. I used ICFD to model fluid core with *ICFD_BOUNDARY_NONSLIP. The structure was solved using explicit solver while the fluid was solved using implict solver. They were coupled using *ICFD_CONTROL_FSI with two-way coupling (i.e., OWC = 0)

The results looked similar to another simulation that the fluid is not presetned (i.e., an purely explicit simuation). Could I instruct me what I could do wrong in the simulation with ICFD? What should I check to debug? Any discussion and suggestion are highly appreciated.

Also happy to share my k files if needed and interested.

Best,

Zhou
