Nodal point input undefined

Greetings to everyone,
I am challenged by the error message 'Error 20211 (STR+211) reading nodal point input undefined node # 0'.  Contribution of  anyone who has resolved this issue before is highly appreciated. Find attached the k.file for your reference as well. Thank you.

     reading nodal point input

     undefined node # 0

          0

     input phase will continue if possible

 *** Warning 21450 (STR+1450)

     Reference geometry of Node 0 is ignored.

     The node does not belong to a solid element, however its reference

     geometry is defined by *INITIAL_FOAM_REFERENCE_GEOMETRY

Thank you for the response. After deleting the *INITIAL_FOAM_REFERENCE_GEOMETRY_CARD, Error 20211 is no more. However the simulation  terminated due to out-of-range-forces. Find attached.

Try decreasing the time step via the parameter TSSFAC on keyword *CONTROL_TIMESTEP.                  --len
